Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. This offer is automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. If you are outside of our shipping zone, please contact us at callejaclothing1@gmail.com to inquire about shipping options.
We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to assist you if your package is delayed.

Address Changes

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed or shipped.
